Beltran Law Group is a boutique land use, water and natural resources law firm.  After having practiced for over a decade with large international, national, and regionally-based law firms, Shanda Beltran founded the Beltran Law Group to provide clients with those same skills and experience in a more cost-effective environment and with additional attention to personal service.
